We have been extremely satisfied customers and Saturn owners at this dealership for 20 years and everyone there has ALWAYS been extremely helpful and friendly. In particular Ron (Owner) and Deb (Service) go out of their way to ensure our experience and service is above and beyond. My son and I each just purchased used 2014 vehicles after GREAT experiences with the dealership that also left us with feelings of confidence and satisfaction.

A great experience. Very efficient. Ray, Christian, and Brian made certain it was the vehicle I was looking for - no pressure sales. They performed extra work before vehicle pickup as to ensure I was happy with the purchase. I had a seasoned mechanic look at the vehicle afterward and they stated that the vehicle is in practically new condition and very well maintained - purchase was a 2012 Forester. I will be sending friends and colleagues to purchase from Saab of KW.

It has been a little more than a month since I purchased my 2011 Edge Limited Edition from Saab of KW. So far so good.The service was excellent and they really pay attention to the every single detail. With very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my whole experience was very pleasant. Julian, in sales, was efficient, polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cindi in financial, very good at what she does and it was lovely to work with. I met with Christian in hopes of buying my wife her dream car. He managed to keep the whole purchase a secret, even during a test drive with the kids. The dealership was even able to get the car ready for her actual birthday. Christian is a very kind young man who treated us well from the first visit on the lot and continues to check in with us to ensure we are enjoying the car. I got an 05 Subaru Forester LL Bean from there and the vehicle is great, I love it! However the sales staff did not seem to know what they were doing because they mixed up the vehicle I bought with another Forester at first, and were giving me details about another one. Also the gas release lever by the driver seat was underneath carpet (not the matt, but carpet), which had to be removed so I could fill up the tank. I didn't think to ask about the gas door/cap, but that seems like something they should have been on top off. Great vehicle, but I was not impressed with the quality of service.

I don't have anything to say as far as the car goes, cause I haven't purchased it yet, in fact I'm here to see if the reviews here matched my experience, they definitely did... I dealt with Michael, who is easily not only the most knowledgeable and passionate about cars sales person I have ever dealt with, he is friendly, charismatic and went above and beyond letting me test drive different models, we even stayed until after closing talking about cars and sharing experiences.Even though I haven't purchased yet (Keyword: YET. Cause I'm definitely dealing with Michael again), I wanted to share this review as an assurance that this place is a great one to start looking, everyone from the receptionist to the sales people were super friendly. I cannot wait to finalize my purchase.
